You don't have to figure this out alone

Mark Wilson brings 22 years of executive leadership and the lived experience of caring for his mother through Alzheimer's into a practical roadmap for family caregivers.

Move from being overwhelmed to being empowered, and achieve breakthrough results, including a loved one who lives happier, healthier, and longer than expected.

Most families are thrown into caregiving with no roadmap and no direction

Empowerment and breakthrough results start with a leadership-based approach to these common caregiver challenges.

Facing Too
Many Decisions

Caregivers are often asked to make ongoing medical, daily care, and quality-of-life decisions without a clear roadmap for what to do next.

Navigating
Complex Systems

Families may find themselves coordinating doctors, services, medications, and care plans without enough support or clear direction.

Reacting Rather
Than Leading

Without a strong plan, caregiving can become reactive, making it harder to create the stability, safety, and consistency families need.

ABOUT MARK

From Corporate Leadership to Alzhemer’s Care

Mark Wilson brings together two worlds rarely connected in dementia care: executive leadership and real-life caregiving.

After more than two decades leading leadership development and organizational strategy at Taco Bell, Mark stepped away from corporate life to care for his mother during her Alzheimer’s journey.

That experience reshaped his understanding of what families truly need: not just support, but leadership.

Mark's Current Leadership Roles:

  • UCI MIND Advisory Board Member

  • Alzheimer’s support group leader

  • Alzheimer’s advocate in Washington, D.C.

  • Consumer Watchdog advocate for patient rights in California

Through his work, Mark helps families move from reactive and exhausted to empowered, achieving breakthrough results for the people they love most.

Families deserve more than survival. They deserve breakthrough results, and a roadmap to get there.

When leadership expert Mark Wilson left a 20-year corporate career to care for his mother with Alzheimer’s, he approached caregiving the same way he approached complex leadership challenges: with strategy, structure, and accountability.

The results were extraordinary. His mother experienced greater joy, improved health, and a longer, fuller life than many thought possible.

In Breakthrough Alzheimer’s Care, Mark introduces the Bold Care Leadership Framework and Five Breakthrough Pillars, giving families practical tools to lead care with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
